We were so lucky to have... read more him drive us to all our destinations in Srilanka..Few things at the top, 1.The language- Mr.Fazlur is so good in English that we did not face any communication gaps in the whole journey. 2.His Knowledge about Srilanka's History- Throughout the journey,he would keep telling us about the historical importance of each place and my parents loved it,especially my Dad who use to keep chatting with him all along.his previous career of being a travel guide helped us to get to know Srilanka better 3.His Temperament- Most of the times..we meet people who drive rash or lose their temperament when there is traffic on the way or unexpected circumstances during the journey..Mr.Fazlur is always calm and that really makes the journey even more beautiful. 4.His Punctuality- Always on time to start our drives from one place to another within the country and always a phone call away to pick us up from our desired location.   Faz was exceptional! We had a 10 day holiday in Sri Lanka in July 2021. Covid was still big in Sri Lanka so there were a lot of hoops we... read more had to jump through. I found Faz who is a Level 1 driver who followed all the government protocols. We went to Yala, Galle, Kandy, Sigiriya, and Colombo - so it was a road trip. Faz was very professional and wore a mask the whole time. He is a careful driver and planned ahead so we always arrived on time. He called the hotels ahead of time to say we were on our way and to expect our arrival at a scheduled time. He helped me find things to do in the cities where I had not preplanned. He scheduled a Spice Tour and the establishment opened just for us. He called the Unesco site multiple times to ask about hours and Covid protocols. And he listened to all my podcasts without complaints. Faz made our Sri Lankan experience a safe and great time. I cannot recommend his service enough. …
