He is modest and stays in the background, but once you start a conversation with him, he is very friendly and talkative. His English is excellent, and he has extensive knowledge about all the places we wanted to visit.

What stands out the most about Athif is his customer-oriented and service-minded attitude. Nothing is too much for him, and he is always willing to help you with anything if needed. You never feel rushed or guilty if he has to wait for you, which creates a very relaxed travel experience.

Another big advantage of traveling with Athif is that he can arrange excursions for you, often at a lower cost than if you booked them yourself. He was a great driver, and we all had fun sitting at the front of the van taking in the interesting Sri Lankan sights.
We had our own itinerary which was not a problem to Gayan.

In the very beginning during the inquiry and booking process, Mr. Faz was incredibly responsive and courteous. Even though not the best price when I checked with other tour operators, based on reviews and our interaction with Mr Faz, we picked them for our 4 adult 1 infant 14 day trip in Sri Lanka covering a loop of Negambo/Colombo-Galle-Yala-Ella-Nuwara Eliya-Kandy-Colomnbo-Negambo/Colombo. They did not disappoint.

We were greeted by Rifky at the airport where he had a name card. Before leaving the airport, he helped us with picking local SIM cards and the right cell plans. For a vehicle that is a couple of years old, it is still in fantastic condition. Clean, no smell, effective aircon and 5 seats in the back with more than enough luggage space for our 5 suitcases, 4 backpacks and a collapsible stroller. And we were also able to install a carseat.

Rifky and his vehicle were with us through out our trip and we had no difficulty whatsoever. The car was always clean. We had given him our itinerary with stay contact details and he would proactively reach out to them making sure they are ready for our arrival. The tour company had provided us with a suggested itinerary from which we had the flexibility to pick and choose what we may want to do. We skipped many of them as they felt more like tourist traps which our group was not really interested in. However, as we drove through different parts of Sri Lanka, Rifky would give us little tidbits about the history and culture which was nice.

Rifky made sure that we had our meals figured out everyday and had recommendations ready in case we needed them. There were days we ate out and days we would pick up food and bring it back to our stay. Rifky was always there to drive us around as and when needed and sometimes even help with communication at local restaurants if English would be a struggle.

With Rifky, we always felt safe with him and our belongings. Although we never felt unsafe in Sri Lanka, having Rifky by our side gave us an added sense of security and comfort, knowing we could fully enjoy our experience without any worries.

Whenever we arrived in Sri Lanka, Rifky (our driver) was waiting for us holding a sign with our names on it.
Since the beginning he was very kind to all of our family members and very concerned to have everything done according to the schedule.
Besides that, he always contacted the places to have the best experience arranged before we arrive.
As a plus he contributed the experience with history, culture and food suggestions.
The car was always clean and we had nothing to worry about.
